Making filter coffee at home is simple:
1. Place and wet with hot water to eliminate any flavor and preheat the coffee maker.
2. Put the coffee inside the filter and pour water between 88ºC and 92ºC in a circular manner. The coffee-water ratio is 30 grams per half liter.
3. The extraction time may vary depending on your recipe, but the most common is between 2-3 minutes per 1/2L. Everything will depend on the thickness of the grind, finer will take longer, coarser will take less time since there is more space between the coffee particles.
