The new Z10 is a true masterpiece of Swiss engineering that doubles the range of coffee specialties. It is capable of preparing the entire range of hot products, from the intense Espresso to the modern Flat White, at the touch of a button. But it doesn't stop there: thanks to Cold Brew specialties, it opens, for the first time, the doors to a whole new parallel universe of coffee enjoyment. The architect of all this is the product recognition grinding mechanism (PRG) that detects the selected specialty to quickly and accurately adapt the grinding degree.

In addition, JURA has developed the innovative Cold Extraction process, a refreshing top-class innovation in the most literal sense of the word. In this process, cold water is slowly filtered through the freshly ground coffee using pulses. The result is a totally new way to enjoy coffee: refreshing, energetic and with a totally balanced aroma.

This high-end automatic coffee machine is operated via a fast-reacting 4,3-inch touch screen and the Blue Crystal Rotary Switch. Thanks to the Specialty Selection menu and artificial intelligence, operation is particularly simple and intuitive. The quantum leap at a technological level is reflected in the sculptural design.
