Philosophy

From the Origin
We travel to the best coffee farms, meeting all the producers, to personally select our coffees.
We create projects together with producers to value their work, which help implement new measures on their farms to achieve increasingly exceptional micro lots, providing tools to process better coffees, rewarding the quality above all and looking for the sustainability and traceability.
Thru our Roaster
Once we receive the green coffee at our facilities in Barcelona, we roast it with our roaster. Giesen of 30kg, which allows us to create roasting profiles and replicate them with complete fidelity and thus maximize the personality of each coffee.

The result of this entire process; cups bright, clean and sweet that you can enjoy both at home and in any of our Coffee Temples.
